Lengthened Licker or simply "Long Tongue" is a perk held by many sluts. Almost all of us have a highly acrobatic and malleable that tongue that can extend far more than it seems, for obvious purposes!
Forearm-length is pretty typical! It's also not unusual for a slut to have Multi-Tongue or even stranger tongues! Yet in virtually all cases the tongues are compressible enough to never get in the way (unless, of course, that's the point~).
