Impregnabloated is a status condition a slut might incur when You stuff the slut's womb with so much Godsperm that her belly stretches to beach-ball size (or beyond), resembling "heavy pregnancy."
A slut stuffed this way is of course already impregnated by You but has not yet reached the end of her pregnancy. This alone might be somewhat unusual as it's thought impregnabliteration might occur nearly immediately after being impregnabloated. Even the longest gestation time is thought to be at most only a few days, but as with all things this varies with Your preference specifically.~
