Immaculate is a perk held by virtually every slut of immortal tier and above. Briefly, we are naturally hygienic, have no diseases to worry about, and can persist indefinitely without breathing, drinking, or watering. These biological maintenance actions performed for comfort or pleasure (if at all) rather than necessity.
  In more detail, our bodies naturally clean themselves over time, so any manual cleaning is hardly beneficial—but baths can still be refreshing. We are unaffected or at least unbothered by health complications, and have little (if any) need for biological sustenance. Immortals don't suffer the diseases that plague mortals and with vanishingly few exceptions, can’t die of so-called "natural causes." We still do prefer to sate hunger, thirst, and insomnia to function at peak capability but it isn't necessary for our continued existence. Likewise we can hold our breath indefinitely, but still feel discomfort in doing so for long.
