Lash Flutter is a melee attack with incredibly short reach and damage output that can be executed in a single frame, and even combo into itself. It's such a widespread move that practically any one of us with at least one eye can use it!
  With lightning-fast full-length blinks of eyes, the user's long gorgeous lashes deal minuscule slashing damage to a target at extremely close range. This move's multi-hit execution is so fast that it can strike several times in a single frame, and can even combo into itself for continuous lash fluttering. For a stronger finish, it can combo into another eye-based move like an Eyekiss or a Love Beam shot from the eyes.
  We believe this "attack" is especially effective against the scrotum of Your Orbliterators, the bottoms of Your feet, and the cheeks of Your ass when used by a slut rimming You. ♥ The move is often used out of range as a baiting taunt.
