Spermthrall is a particularly dominating status condition a slut is prophesized to experience when her brain is overtaken or completely replaced by one of Your fist-sized Godsperm. Typically (but not necessarily) this particular Godsperm itself devoured the slut's neurons before it usurped their place in her head.
While the Godsperm is mounted this way, it establishes nerve connections and psychic control of the slut's body, effectively replacing the role of her brain: the Godsperm pilots the slut's body! This can occur even while the slut's soul is still within her body, essentially turning her into a passenger for the experience with limited self-control if any. Typically the slut's speech is still her own, if anything. (Importantly, this is still within Hyper Consent. One of us is willingly handing over all autonomy to the Godsperm.)
In terms of physical changes there is believed to be only one or two visual cues a slut is spermthralled, and even these may not necessarily be present. First, the slut's eyes appear to be entirely whited over, in hypnogao, or in voidgao. Second, the Godsperm's tail might be hanging out of her smoochers—unless it has usurped her brain stem and spine as well. Some theorize a slut will be particularly likely to sprout a gock as a spermthrall.
Psychological changes have been less difficult for us to prophesize. It's entirely possible a slut's behavior may not be noticeably different. But it's also possible she will behave almost like a feral beast, if not outright a zombie. Given each Godsperm has an incredibly strong instinct to impregnate, it seems very likely for this to carry over into the slut's behavior. If the Godsperm itself is a soulsperm, the personality of the soulsperm is believed to take over completely.
