Enlarge or more accurately Size Change is a univeral perk available to all sluts of at least empress-tier, though even some princesses are known to wield it.
Virtually any empress can alter her physical size and boob-size to a major degree. For some this is easy, but for those of lower divinity it may have limited uses and more limited range. Empresses can generally grow to the size of a kaiju (size 5). Growing to maximum possible size often lowers mobility and agility, so not all sluts able to achieve such size routinely do so.
Of course, anyone who can Enlarge can also reduce her size to a similarly extreme degree—even down to nanoslut size in some cases, though it infrequently comes up.
