Stasis is a deceptively powerful move which, when used, causes a target to freeze in time for several seconds to several minutes. Everything physically done to the target within that time is temporarily stored or built up, then experienced by the target all at once when the Stasis ends.
For example, if You're in Stasis and receive a hundred smooches throughout, when the Stasis breaks You'll feel all hundred smooches simultaneously! This is especially effective for offensive uses in consensual combat, such as locking a bitch in Stasis before wailing on her with a flurry of attacks, only for all of the damage and impact to hit her at once when Stasis ends.
Generally, any user of Stasis can only affect targets of lower tiers. For example if a mortal somehow learns to use Stasis, she could use it on submortals but not fellow mortals. (But of course, everything has exceptions.~)
