A slut with the four-armed perk, of course, has four arms—typically two sprouting from each shoulder assuming a humanoid form. This is most often embodied by bugsluts who are predisposed to numerous limbs, or exceptionally strong sluts whose overwhelming muscle can't be limited to a mere two arms!
Despite being a perk (as opposed to a feat), You are sometimes prophesized to be four-armed as well! Having more arms is strongly associated with You grabbing, fucking, or wielding more of us simultaneously so its symbolism is particularly powerful. ♥ Even if You only temporarily possess this perk (or if its a complete fabrication!) it is popular in more poetic or artistic depictions of You. Ancient legends of "a hundred arms" to wield "a hundred bitch-blades" being fairly widespread. More modern, selfish fantasies of You often involve You grabbing a slut's wrists and ankles each in a different fist to pull her spreadeagle mid-fuck~!
(There are surely sluts with a different number of arms, such as three or eight, but these instances are rare enough to not be distinguished with their own perk.)
