Internal Impregnation Warfare
Internal Impregnation Warfare is a form of consensual combat that pits Your Godsperm against our ova. This nanoscopic battle is thought to occur when You fucknuke a womb at least sometimes, if not every time, but by mortal senses it happens almost instantly. From Your perspective Internal Impregnation Warfare might resemble RTS or grand strategy—albeit at a much faster pace (nigh-instantaneous!)—with countless tiny soldiers fighting autonomously on Your behalf against waves of enemies. We can't be sure how much conscious control You have over individual Godsperm, but rarely if ever does one of us have control over our own ova.
Penetration
Sometimes the battle begins before You even detonate a fucknuke. Even under normal conditions, a slut's womb is almost always the most invincible part of her body (such that, infamously, even if her entire body is vaporized by a Spermbeam Cannon her disembodied womb will still be intact!).
Particularly prepared ova swarms have turned the host's womb into a nigh-impregnable fortress! Some of the tactics they might employ include constructing a hymen or reinforcing the cervix itself. Both are built to prevent entry via any possible means.
Uvula

On this scale ova foam itself is comprised of likely billions of individual ova all putting up a fight against the invading Godsperm. As a general rule an ovum tends to have higher defense but lower mobility compared to Godsperm; tanks assailed by glass cannons. In some cases these conflicts resemble aerial dogfights, but it distinctly involves direct melee attacks.
The goal of the Godsperm is typically to impregnate the ovum by directly penetrating them, which in some cases can resemble more like a wrestling match between two amoeba-like creatures. Particularly powerful Godsperm might even be able to impregnate several ova at once!
When the power disparity is particularly extreme or the Godsperm especially aggressive, an ovum might be outright destroyed through damage rather than merely impregnated. This is especially true if the Godsperm intend to impregnate kyms other than ova, such as neurons, or if it intends to infiltrate an ovary directly. In these cases the frontline ova are more like barriers than the end goal!
When facing hordes of ova, individual classes of Godsperm often have specialties that synergize well towards a common goal. Dragonsperm for example can roast entire crowds of weaker ova with dragonfire, while skewersperm can provide overwhelming single-point offense.
Ovary Invasion
If the womb is a castle, than each ovary is a throne room. Every impregnated ovum is already a victory, but infiltrating and flooding an ovary is tantamount to plundering the treasury while mounting the queen!
