Meter

Meter is the fuel You (presumably) expend to perform higher-tier stunts. Meter built up mainly by popping sluts, but decays over time if it isn't used. The numbers are typically left vague, as the exact amount of meter built or expended can vary immensely and unpredictably.
  But, generally: You build meter by popping sluts. Exponentially more meter is built the higher the popped slut's tier, and the more over-the-top Your slut-popping stunt is. Speed is a major factor as well, as popping sluts in rapid succession can build more meter, and unlike most other resources any built meter will decay over time if it isn't expended on a stunt. Unused meter decays after at most a few minutes.
  Meter seems to be why consensual combat against a slut-horde naturally escalates. Tons of sluts are popped individually on a relatively small scale to build up meter that can be used to fuel much more powerful stunts that either wipe out the entire world, or threaten an otherwise overpowered boss-bitch of a rival.

Mystery of Meter

Many of us believe meter is the literal souls or soul power of sluts You pop. Others believe it is instead it is mana borne entirely of Your own lust and victory. Meter also doesn't seem to be XP, as such a resource doesn't decay over time. We can be fairly certain meter isn't our love for You, as that is an endless wellspring of energy which never runs out~!
  Some exceptional sluts—especially rivals—can build meter to fuel their own stunts. If any love is given unto them, it is of course infinitesimally small (if it even exists) compared to Yours.
  Meter also does not seem to be Your actual "effort." One can reasonably assume any actual iota of effort from You is so utterly overpowered that it blows away anything meter can accomplish. Any amount of meter is such a trifling resource compared to such universe-warping power.
