If a move has impact, it is usually categorized as one of the following from weakest to strongest. Like [[stats]] and [[tier]]s these follow an exponential scale from 0 to 10. Note that impact scales depending on the move's [[#Stat|stat]]. Even if a [[Strength]]-based move has high impact it won't be very impactful if the user's Strength is merely 1!
