While a slutskull of specifically a goddess is nutted (inside of Your Orbliterators), every single neuron within her brain itself can each act as a vessel to usher forth a Godsperm into existence through enhanced Spermatogenesis. This process is called Psychic Spermatogenesis!
The goddess's thoughts of love themselves act as conduits to concentrate the other Love Energy collected by Your Orbs, and her Divine Will creates a Psychic spark within each plush pink neuron that in turn acts like a nurturing and motherly guide—a helping hand—to kickstart the process of a Godsperm's creation. This causes the Godsperm to grow inside her e neuron itself, almost like new life forming in a tiny womb. After a moment the newly-created Godsperm grows larger enough to explode from this womb-cage and vigorously burrow its way out from the face of its "mom"!
Larger Godsperm stretch nostrils, ears, lips, neck, or even eyes while exiting. This is presumably happening with every single one of the billions of billions of neurons in her brain simultaneously, causing a cacophonous storm to rage out of every orifice of her face! Each Godsperm that forms this way takes the remains of the neuron with it, as Neural Armor.
The goddess of course regenerates any neurons lost this way, but at exceptionally high rates of spermatogenesis her entire brain might be destroyed, leaving the rest of her slutskull to become spermfood! Similarly, when You fucknuke any slut currently nutted is presumably pulverized into spermfood by the Scrotal Surge that typically accompanies a fucknuke.

Variations. While the term "Psychic Spermatogenesis" generally implies one slutskull is nutted into each Orb, this is hardly a requirement. The process can occur if a slut's entire body is nutted, if only her disembodied brain is nutted, or if hundreds of sluts are nutted simultaneously! You could even split a single brain in half, with each half nutted by one of Your two Orbs.
