Divine Will is a perk held universally by virtually all goddesses, and emblematic for this tier of sluts.
  With this particularly potent form of telegenesis, a truly divine will can spontaneously create almost any form of energy or matter—even souls—out of nothing at all. A goddess can manifest mortals into existence through naught the power of her own will. Higher-order goddesses can even create immortals, princesses, and even cuntinents or entire populated cities. It might be extremely difficult for a goddess to create an entire world, but given enough time she a higher-order goddess certainly do so.
  With neither study nor practice, any goddess can instantly reproduce virtually every move and perk any slut of princess-tier or lower can ever wield. She simply wills it into being so.
