Sperm Summon is a lower-order fucknuke, as in standard usage You detonate "only" enough Godsperm to form (at least) an entire human-sized body.
The nanosperm and ambrosia launched forth by this fucknuke immediately becomes possessed by the soul of a slut! She piles the mass of sperm in the way a slimeslut would, with the fluid reshaping to approximately match the body of the soul possessing it. (With enough skill, the soul can transmute this mass into something not resembling Godsperm, but a sperm-slimeslut is presumed.)
The soul used in this stunt can originate from one of several places. She could be soulsperm involved in the fucknuke itself, originate from a nutted slut within the Orbliterators, or be a soul momentarily and deliberately shed from Your Soul Armor—among other possibilities.
This stunt is prophesized most widely as an explicit attack in consensual combat, with the Sperm Summon herself attacking a target by channeling Sperm-Lightning or with a weapon formed of Sperm-Steel. Indeed she is often already attacking as she's launched forth from the Godcock! Like any Godsperm, she can of course impregnate as well.
The soul is presumed to only temporarily pilot the mass. When the soul exits (either voluntarily or by a pop), the composite Godsperm returns to normal shape and behavior. A more permanent summon is surely possible, however. (Some sluts even believe the most powerful penultimates could only exist if formed from something as powerful as Your Godsperm!)
