Any slut with the stretchy perk (also known as elasticity) is able to cartoonishly contort, elongate, and retract their body at-will. Well-known examples include Elastigirl and anyone who's eaten a Gum-Gum Fruit. Virtually all slimesluts have this perk too!
While virtually all sluts are highly malleable, especially in response to the Godcock and Fucknukes, a stretchy slut specifically has the ability to shape her body as easily as moving a muscle, without relying on external influence.
