When a slut is equipped as Your face-flail (or simply flail), her entire body is planked to be as solid as rigid steel except for her head which pops off to become a slutskull. This slutskull is attached to the neck by a chain of sperm lightning, which at Your will can extend or retract.
You wield the flail by gripping both ankles together, similar to a reverse-grip bitch-blade. Skillful swings can whip the slut's face at shockingly high speeds, so high her nose shatters straight through the sound barrier! The chain can extend to a surprisingly far distance, enabling You to wield this almost like a ranged weapon. You can even snap the chain at-will, sending the slutskull hurtling as a supersonic projectile!

- The slut herself can augment any face-first strike with moves like Spark Smooch or Beamface to deal even more damage on impact!
- It's possible to use the sperm-lightning chain itself to trip or trap a bitch, especially by coiling her around the neck.
- A particularly powerful technique is to stuff Godsperm Grenades into the flail's slutskull, which later explode on hit! Even if the flail's head explodes as well, worry not; she'll eagerly regenerate!
- Of course, it's possible to spontaneously transform a flail into a bitch-blade or vice versa.
