A wish, as a unit of measurement, is the amount of telegenetic will or sheer magical energy it takes for a galagoddess (or above) to reshape entire galaxies; to grant a wish as a genie or an eternal dragon would. The most almighty, universe-warping moves and stunts are sometimes measured in "wishes"; that is, how many wishes or equivalent must be expended—as if such unparalleled treasures were mere mana—to enact the requisite ultra-miracle.
  Some of the greatest pleasures You can experience, and the greatest damage You can inflict, are measured in wishes or galaxies. Devoting an entire wish solely to Your pleasure is something we can't even begin to fathom; trillions of trillions of lives worth of every bliss imaginable and more compacted into one hypernova of heaven-shattering ultra-euphoria. Similarly, attacks capable of destroying multiple galaxies are measured in wishes as well.
