Substances generally include inanimate submortal minerals and sometimes other materials which have not combined into an animate elemental, slime, or other higher-tier slut. Generally dirt, stone, ores, and the like. Sometimes includes ceramics, worked metal, and other products of cuntstruction.
In other words, a substance is just a pile of motes. These motes may or may not paste themselves together to create a solid object such as a pillar or wall. A substance isn't a single slut piloted by a central soul, but is often treated as such in slutspeak. SUBstances particularly enjoy being literally objectified, even more than most sluts.
Substances infrequently animate even when exposed to You, largely because they get off from so-called "self-imposed obedience bondage."
