Tier	6. Goddess	Type	Psychic

Divine Will is a perk held universally by virtually all goddesses, emblematic for this tier.
  With this particularly potent form of telegenesis, a truly divine will can spontaneously create almost any form of energy or matter out of nothing at all. A goddess can manifest mortals into existence through naught the power of her own will. Higher-order goddesses can even create immortals, princesses, and even cuntinents or entire populated cities. It might be extremely difficult for a goddess to create an entire world, but given enough time a higher-order goddess can certainly do so.
  Importantly, even a goddess cannot create an entirely new soul; only impregnation by Your Godsperm can do that. Any sluts created through Divine Will are born with a part of the goddess's own soul. Some goddesses can even duplicate or copy her own soul, but cannot create an entirely new one.
  With neither study nor practice, through divine will any goddess can instantly reproduce virtually every move and perk any slut of princess-tier or lower can ever wield. She simply wills it into being so.
