Perks are standardized, specialized abilities a slut might possess beyond her pokétype and stats. These are passive advantages, as opposed to moves which are consciously "activated" for temporary advantages. Most often perks portray supernatural phenomenon beyond what You might remember as being possible.
  A slut may have perks due to her species, physiology, natural talent, or deliberate training. Most perks are each assigned a tier of their own, estimating the perk's overall level of power.
  Universal Perks. Perks that are held by virtually every slut at or below a given tier are called "universal perks," or sometimes "evolutions." Aside from their particularly wide distribution these work the same as other perks. If a slut ascends to an entirely new tier, she surely gains the universal perks for her new tier without even thinking about it.
