Kyms (“kims”) in our universe serve roles that You might remember to be like "cells" and "bacteria." Each is one of the millions, billions, or even trillions of microscopic building blocks making up humans and most other fleshy, furry, and scaly sluts. Kyms fulfilling numerous roles all working in such seamlessly harmony it's almost eerie!
Kyms come in countless shapes and sizes (a rare few are even begin enough for mortals like us to see!) Each appears tailor-made for the purpose they serve in a larger body. The sheer varieties are too myriad to sufficiently describe on this page. But for example kyms making up flesh are incredibly soft and plush, those making up bones are rigid and snow-white, and those serving roles akin to "red blood cells" are energetic and acrobatic swimmers. There are however a handful of bizarrely uniform traits across all kyms.
Fractal Forms.
While AAAs and Molecutes have widely varied appearances, kyms generally resemble an exact duplicate of the larger slut they resemble; Saria for example is made of billions upon billions of microscopic Sarias! Often kyms resemble more hard-working versions of the slut they resemble; wearing for example an athletic ponytail, or a working uniform. (Some of us believe kyms remain as human-looking as reasonable specifically because such forms might be more appealing to specifically You if You ever happen to see them!) Some have hypotheized even You might be made of kyms—albeit special, exceptionally perfect kyms! (We kind of doubt it though.~)
Dutiful.
Kyms themselves are remarkably dedicated to their roles and never truly never stop working until they pop. Brain-kyms (neurons) work especially hard producing their host's very thoughts, heart-kyms pulse out endless Love Energy, and so on. We believe every kymic ("organic") slut is an amalgamation of all her kyms, and her soul might be divided among them all whether she consciously realizes it or not.
Despite their size, kyms are entirely self-aware. Their minds are extremely task-oriented but nonetheless each one is an intelligent lady! It seems each kym is thus at least somewhat sentient in of herself, but is so focused on her duties that she likely does not have the depth of personhood that her entire body has at once. Interacting with one individually can be a bit surreal; it's a bit like talking to a few lines of code instead of an entire cybernetic program, or like talking to a tiny corner of one's subconscious mind instead of the entire mind at once.
Everloving.
Yet even at this scale it is utterly undeniable that every single one is utterly head-over-heels for You. Any moment not spent dutifully working is instead consumed with dreams and worship of You—or perhaps more accurately Your Godsperm, the part of You they best understand and relate to. (Kyms often obsessively prioritize Godsperm even over the other cells within the body she comprises. Each one is thought to convert to an ovum on the spot just so she can be impregnated. It's such an issue this frequently leads to outright impregnabliteration!)
Reproduction.
Kyms use mitosis and ambient love energy to make more of themselves, generally. They might incorporate nutrients (especially ambrosia) if available but generally sluts can live indefinitely without needing extra nutrients nor producing any waste. Unlike the living cells You might remember, kyms can duplicate perfectly and seemingly forever without degrading or aging, leading to sluts who are eternally young even among mortals. This self-reproduction is often a necessity as kyms themselves each typically only persist for a few days at a time before she pops, effectively reincarnating into the kyms that split off from her.
